The Shattered Throne is a futuristic RPG map set in a post-apocalyptic world. Players fight for survival, power, and resources on a desolate, scorched land. In this dark time, there are no clear rules and anything goes freedom is just an illusion. It is up to you how you want to play; whether it be as a lone wolf or with allies in your pack. Each player has their own story and the choice of which side they want to play for. The Shattered Throne map currently offers two factions: The Knights of Light (KOL) and The Cult of Shadows (CoS).

How to get there

If you are a new player, you will want to do the Tutorial. A tutorial is a good place for new players because it teaches about all of the mechanics of the game and begins with a brief overview of the world. You can access this by clicking Play on your main menu, then selecting Tutorial. After finishing that, we recommend creating your character and starting a game as soon as possible.

What to expect

Within the next few years, your life is going to change. War and unrest are on everyone’s lips, and you’ve been hearing people talk about how they’re packing up and getting out of town. For some, it might be a relief. But for others, it means being torn away from their home of decades and everything they know. Knowing what you’re in for before it happens can make things a little easier on both you and your loved ones. So if you haven’t already started packing your bags, here are five things you should know about what to expect when the war comes:

The first thing that might happen is that there will be an attack somewhere near your home. It could be close by, or it could be far away. It might even happen in your city but you won’t know until it happens. But wherever and whenever it happens, you can bet that people are going to get scared out of their minds and start talking about packing up and getting out of town.

They’re going to have a lot of questions, most of which you can’t answer. What will I take with me? Will I be able to come back once I leave? How am I supposed to bring my stuff? And if there isn’t an attack nearby, then you might hear about unrest in another area and wonder when it’ll hit your area too.

Tips and tricks

When you first start playing, you’ll have a number of races and classes available to choose from. You can always create a new character, but if you want to use one of the ones on your account, be sure they’re leveled up enough that they can survive in Hell difficulty. Depending on what race and class you pick, it will change how hard your life is going to be in-game.

If you’re playing as an Orc Warrior and take no measures in leveling up skills or getting better gear for them, it is not uncommon for them to die within minutes of starting their first quest. You need to keep an eye on your health bar at all times because once it hits zero – bye-bye orc warrior!
