MyChart Account, the personalized web and mobile health platform of CVS Health, allows you to securely access your health records and stay on top of your medical information from anywhere at any time. MyChart lets you view test results, refill prescriptions, schedule appointments, manage allergies, and more all in one convenient location. If you’ve been using MyChart but haven’t taken advantage of all it has to offer, then keep reading to get an inside look at all the great features this website has to offer!
How to Log In to Your MyChart Account
Logging in to your MyChart account is a breeze. Simply enter your username and password into the login fields, then click Login. You can also log in with Facebook or by linking your CVS Health ID card with your account. To access the full list of benefits, visit our Benefits tab.
Do you need to log in but don’t have access to your username or password? Not to worry! All you need is your email address and an alternate email. If you already know your username, enter it in place of [email protected] If you’re not sure what your username is, click Find Username, then enter an alternate email and press Continue. We’ll send a password reset link to that account so you can log in securely. You can use a different email than the one on file if it has a stronger security measure like two-factor authentication.
How to Use the MyChart Mobile App
The mobile app is a convenient way to access your health information on the go, and it offers all the same features as logging in online. The only difference is that you’ll need to input a security code every time you sign in.
1) Download the free MyChart app from Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
2) Open the app and log in using your CVS Health member ID (or email address if you have not yet created an account).
3) Once logged in, enter your password and select OK to complete your login process.
Once you’re logged in, you have access to all your CVS Health information, as well as tools to help manage your care.
What to Do If You Forget Your Username or Password
If you forget your username or password, click on Forgot Username or Password. and enter your email address. CVS Health will send a temporary password to your inbox. Enter this password when prompted, then choose a new username and a new password. We recommend using something that is easy for you to remember but difficult for someone else to guess. That way, if you forget your username or password again, it will be easier for you to reset it.
You’ll also receive an email every time someone logs in to your account. If someone else tries to log in using your username and password, you’ll receive a notification asking if it was you who logged in. You can also choose whether or not other people can see that they tried to log in.
To do so, select notify me only under login attempts on your CVS Health MyChart Account settings page. This way, you’ll know when someone is trying to get into your account without having them notified that they were unsuccessful.
How to Recover Your MyChart Account?
If you’ve lost your password or otherwise forgotten your username, don’t worry! There are a few ways to get back into your account and regain access to your information.
- Reset your password – If you know what email address you used for MyChart, but not the password, we can help. Just click this link and follow the instructions on that page.
- Check if you have a CVS card – If you have an active CVS card, log in with the email address associated with that card and use that as your username.
- Find out if there’s an inactive account for you – You may still have a MyChart account if one was created for you before November 6th and it hasn’t been activated yet.
How to Access MyChart Support
Login to your account. Click on the I Forgot My Password link and follow the instructions for resetting your password. At this point, you will be able to create a new password. Enter that new password in the Password field and click Submit. Click on Sign In. Enter your username or email address in the field labeled Username, then enter your current password in the field labeled Password, then click on Sign In.
