Mycherrycreek Login: How to Access the Parent Portal
What is Mycherrycreek?
If you’re the parent of one or more children attending elementary, middle, or high school in Rockwall ISD, there’s a very good chance you have heard of Mycherrycreek, the District’s online communication and information-sharing portal. But what exactly is it? This article explains Mycherrycreek Login and how to access the Parent Portal if you have children enrolled in RHSD schools.
Mycherrycreek Campus Web Address
The Mycherrycreek website is an online portal where parents can access their children’s grades, attendance, and discipline information. Parents also have the ability to view their children’s schedules and contact information. Parents are encouraged to set up a login account in order for them to access these features. You can find all of your child’s class information on Mycherrycreek as well as homework assignments, grades, and school events that are happening.
Logging into your Parent Portal Account
1) If you have never logged in before, use your email address and password.
2) You may need to reset your password if you forgot it or want a new one.
3) Click on Forgot Your Password? and enter your email address.
4) Check your email for a link that will help you reset your password.
5) Once you have logged in, click on the Parent tab at the top of the page.
6) Now click on Manage My Family.
7) Here, you can access all of the information about how Mycherrycreek is doing and any ways to get involved.
Navigating through the parent portal account
Once logged into your account, you will be able to see all the information about your child’s progress and grades on their report card. Navigate through the tabs at the top of the page and choose from grade level, subject, or class. You can also view a detailed report by clicking Student Report Card.
Once you have found what you are looking for, click on it for more information. For example, if you wanted to see how much English your child has studied this year, click on English in order to find out their average score and how many exams they took.
Understanding the District Home Page
There are many ways to access your student’s information through Mycherrycreek, but if you want everything at once and in one place, you’ll need to go through the parent portal. The first step is going to be logging in with your username and password. Once logged in, click on Student Information which will bring you to a page listing all of your children’s information.
If you’re looking for something specific like attendance records, click on Attendance Records from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen or select Attendance Records from under Quick Links. From here, there are a variety of options for viewing attendance records.
Understanding the Announcements Page
The Announcements page is a great resource for parents. On this page, you can find information about upcoming events, as well as important announcements. For example, if your school needs volunteers for an upcoming fundraiser, this would be listed on the Announcements Page. You can also find out about other events happening in your child’s school such as field trips or opportunities for enrichment programs.

Understanding Grades Page
In Mycherrycreek, there is a calendar that you can use to keep track of your child’s upcoming and past events. For example, if your child has missed school for an appointment, then you can click on that date and see what the missed event was.
Here are some tips for using this page:
– You can scroll through by clicking on one of the days in either list at the top or bottom of the page
– Each day will show all events scheduled for that day (as long as they have been created)
– The first column shows what type of event it is. If it says No Event, then there are no events scheduled that day.
Understanding Calendar Page
The Calendar page is a great place for parents and guardians to keep track of their student’s school schedules. This is also a good place for families to stay connected during breaks, vacations, and weekends. Here you will find all of your student’s upcoming events along with when they are happening. You can also see what days are highlighted in red, which means that an event is going on at that time and it will be taking up most or all of your student’s time that day.
Simply click on one of the events listed on this page and it will take you directly to their schedule. You can also set notifications so you know when an event starts or ends in case you want to tune in live!
