How to Remove the KineMaster Watermark in 4 Simple Steps
KineMaster is an amazing video editor app and the latest version (v1.0) has been out since April 2014. It allows you to record videos in multiple resolutions, alter the speed of videos, add filters and effects, create stop-motion animations, and much more! However, in order to use these features you need to first remove the watermark from the KineMaster logo so that it doesn’t appear on your final video creations! This guide will show you how to do this in 3 simple steps!
Step 1: Open Settings
Open Settings and click on General. Scroll down to Restrictions and tap on it. Tap on Enable Restriction if you haven’t already done so, then tap on Content Rating. Set the rating for Movies, TV Shows, Apps, books, music, and podcasts to be either 17+ or something else that will not show a watermark. Tap Done at the top right of your screen when you’re finished.
With Restriction enabled, you will now need your Apple ID and password. Enter them into your phone or device, then tap OK.
Step 2: Open KineMaster:
Open up Kinemaster and tap on Filters, then tap on Enable filters. Then go to Effects, followed by remove watermark. From there set it so that Show/Hide watermarks are set to Off as well as Blur effect for watermarks.
You can now enjoy your video without a watermark interfering with it. Be aware that if you’re playing any sort of protected content from iTunes or Netflix, then you will still see a watermark even with the Restriction disabled. This is because that content is bound by DRM and isn’t eligible for modification within Restrictions. You will need a program like iMazing to remove such restrictions first, which you can download on Cydia’s BigBoss repo.
Step 3: Select Advanced Settings
- Click Advanced Settings and then click the Remove watermark.
- Find your video file, select it, and then click Replace with this file.
- Select the original video file that you want to remove the watermark from and then press Save.
After you’re done, you can still view your original video file with no watermark.
Now you can upload your original video file to social networks, create videos for YouTube, and more!
Step 4: Enable Remove Watermark from Project Export
The final step is to go back into your project and export it. If you were careful and kept everything organized, it should be easy enough to locate. Just click the little arrow next to Export (located on the top left of the screen) and select Export As.
This will open a new window where you’ll want to make sure you’re exporting your video as an MP4. Once you’ve exported it, simply save it somewhere that’s easy for you to find later on (on your desktop, for example). Now re-open your project and hit Edit > Preferences > Video Quality > 720p HD or 1080p Full HD depending on what kind of quality you’re looking for.
Now that you’ve set your preferred export quality, go back and make sure you’ve exported your video again. If everything went according to plan, it should come out at 720p or 1080p without any watermarks on it! Now go ahead and import it back into your project. Once it’s loaded up, grab your picture from earlier and drag it onto your final video track. This will replace all instances of the watermark with your custom logo! Congrats!
